# 退款

退款功能允许商家直接通过系统将符合条件的交易款项退还给客户。该功能支持全额退款和部分退款，有助于高效解决纠纷、处理取消订单或纠正错误。

退款可通过 Nayax Core 或 Lynx API 触发，并以 MOTO 交易（仅包含 PAN 和到期日）的形式进行，金额为负数。退款请求是一个独立的操作，其中包含原始交易的详细信息。

所有Cortina集成类型均可获得退款。

## 如何实施

针对所使用的特定集成类型，可以使用[Cortina 退款请求](/reference/cortina/cortina-credit-card/cortina-credit-card-refund)在原始交易日期起 180 天内发放退款。

* 退款金额将在 `BasicInfo.Amount` 中发送。
* `PaymentInfo` 对象将包含原始授权的详情。

对此请求的响应与常规销售响应类似。
