# abortGetUserInput

The `abortGetUserInput` method cancels an ongoing user input request initiated by the [`getUserInput`](/docs/integrate-pos-device/tweezercomm/device-methods/getuserinput) method. This is used when a transaction is canceled or when input is no longer needed.
