FAQs

  1. The consumer will start the transaction either by choosing a product via the unattended machine or through the Nayax terminal (POS).
  2. The consumer will then choose a payment option.
  3. Nayax terminal will present the relevant QR code.
  4. The consumer will scan the QR code (via the integrator's app or a 3rd party) to process to the payment page (web or mobile).
  5. The Nayax terminal will indicate the payment approval.
  6. The consumer will receive the dispensed product from the unattended machine.
  1. The consumer will start the transaction by scanning a designated sticker on the operator's vending machine using an app on their phone.
  2. In pre-authorization mode (two-step transaction):
    1. The Nayax terminal will indicate the authorization has been approved
    2. The consumer will choose a product via the unattended machine
    3. The product will be dispensed
  3. In pre-selection mode (one-step transaction):
    1. The consumer will choose a product via the operator’s unattended machine or via the integrator’s app (in section 1)
    2. The Nayax terminal will indicate the payment has been approved
    3. The product will be dispensed
